Requirements

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to do trigonometric functions, geometry, and basic math
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must have computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree
• One year experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA & SPC), Automotive Customer, or similar quality requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to operate standard office equipment

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to quality standards.
• Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections and identify and raise quality issues with management.
• Responsible for multiple or highly complex projects.
