About The Position

This role involves driving cross-functional network capacity delivery for assigned cloud data center regions. The Tech Infra Program Manager III will coordinate timelines, track milestones, and assist with the execution of infrastructure deployment plans. This position requires working cross-functionally with teams such as Networking, Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Delivery, Software, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management to facilitate planning, identify dependencies, and resolve execution issues. The role also involves managing infrastructure delivery challenges by following established processes, escalating risks, and supporting resolution efforts. Utilizing internal tools to monitor progress, validate readiness, and support issue resolution related to network build planning and delivery is key. The position supports prioritization and scheduling by coordinating with stakeholders, tracking action items, and balancing delivery requirements. The role includes tracking and reporting on program-level metrics for network capacity delivery and contributing to continuous improvement by implementing standardized processes and reporting practices. A focus on cloud computing and hyperscale data center network infrastructure initiatives, including AI/ML data center capacity expansion in the Americas region, is expected. Responsibilities also encompass defined infrastructure program management processes such as network build planning, high-level design review support, escalation tracking, capacity reporting, network automation gap tracking, and cross-functional governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in program or project management experience in large-scale network infrastructure delivery.
  • One year of experience managing cross-functional technical programs in network infrastructure or data center environments.
  • One year of proficiency in program management tools and processes.
  • One year of experience with technical platforms such as Cloudforge, SIM, or related platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional network capacity delivery activities for assigned cloud data center regions by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and assisting with execution of infrastructure deployment plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Networking, Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Delivery, Software, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management to facilitate planning activities, identify dependencies, and resolve routine execution issues.
  • Assist in managing moderately complex infrastructure delivery challenges by following established processes, escalating risks as needed, and supporting resolution efforts across teams.
  • Utilize internal planning, tracking, and fulfillment tools to monitor progress, validate readiness, and support issue resolution related to network build planning and delivery.
  • Support prioritization and scheduling efforts by coordinating with stakeholders, tracking action items, and helping balance delivery requirements within established project parameters.
  • Track and report on program level metrics related to network capacity delivery, preparing updates and documentation for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by helping implement standardized processes, mechanisms, and reporting practices across regional infrastructure programs.
  • Support cloud computing and hyperscale data center network infrastructure initiatives, including programs related to AI/ML data center capacity expansion in the Americas region.
  • Assist with defined infrastructure program management processes, including network build planning, high level design review support, escalation tracking, capacity reporting, network automation gap tracking, and cross functional governance activities.
