About The Position

Holiday World is seeking a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Parts Specialist to purchase, sell, store, and issue parts while serving internal, wholesale, and retail clients. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving more than 100 pounds.
• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and specify parts accurately.
• Issue and bill out stock and special-order parts to technicians.
• Record warranty parts returned.
• Create special-ordered parts in the dealership computer system and notify the ASM, technician, or client when parts arrive.
• Review special-order parts tracking.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Compare invoices against requisitions to verify the quality and quantity of merchandise received.
• Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued.
• Perform ongoing warehouse inventories.
