About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in equipment maintenance or machine operation.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Solid understanding of pneumatics, basic electrical, electronics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and technical troubleshooting.
• Must pass an eye exam and demonstrate clear, legible handwriting for recordkeeping.
• Comfortable working Monday–Thursday, 8:00 pm–8:00 am, with occasional overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality system requirements (QSR) and process challenges.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, optimize, change over, and troubleshoot departmental production equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Accurately maintain equipment logs and production/downtime records with clear, legible handwriting.
• Quickly identify and resolve minor equipment issues, escalating major problems as needed.
• Support manufacturing teams by covering breaks and assisting with major repairs.
• Conduct quality checks, monitor in-process quality, and document all required QC checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area; strictly follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Ensure all safety guards are in place and component inventories are replenished as necessary.
