About The Position

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic manufacturing team as we provide component solutions to buildings around the world. This is an on-site position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, a commitment to quality and safety standards, and the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, dependability, and the leadership skills needed to train and guide Maintenance Technicians while collaborating across departments.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field or a minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical control systems, wiring issues, and 110V, 208V, and 480V single-phase and three-phase circuits.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and computer systems used for maintenance documentation and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with welding, machining, fabrication, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or training maintenance technicians.
  • Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
