Requirements

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient use of allen, torque, and socket wrenches (no exceptions)
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and part drawings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
Willingness to start assignment while background check is pending

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in applied technical sciences or completion of related technical college program
Experience with CAD, Minitab, MS Project, and Visio
Previous project management exposure

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using allen, torque, and socket wrenches
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and part drawings for repairs and installations
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status and needs
Maintain accurate records using Excel, Word, and SAP
Support ongoing projects; participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Adhere to all safety protocols, including required eye exams and use of steel/composite toe shoes
Work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet business demands
