We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician I who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and helping keep a high-performing manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key member of our operations team responsible for maintaining and improving the equipment that keeps our plant running.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of industrial or multi-craft maintenance experience
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and solve technical problems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Electrical troubleshooting (single-phase and three-phase systems)
- Mechanical repair and preventive maintenance
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Pipe fitting and basic fabrication
- Motors, pumps, gearboxes, reducers, seals, and rotating equipment
- Industrial hand tools and power tools
- Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
- Preventive and predictive maintenance practices
Nice To Haves
- SAP maintenance systems experience
- 480V electrical systems
- NFPA 70E and Arc Flash safety practices
- Industrial heating and cooling systems
- Building maintenance systems
- Reliability-centered maintenance programs
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot production equipment and identify root causes of failures
- Install, modify, and maintain electrical components, wiring, controls, and conduit systems
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Work on pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, blowers, conveyors, valves, and rotating equipment
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Help ensure safe, efficient operations through strong communication and teamwork
