About The Position

As a Sales Teammate at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will help athletes find products that support their sport, activity, and lifestyle. You will provide product knowledge and personalized service, assist with product selection, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, and build connections with athletes. In a team-first environment, you will contribute to sales results and help ensure athletes feel confident in their purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet athletes, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Educate athletes about product features and benefits to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales through effective selling behaviors and basket-building techniques, and promote loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store and contribute to store goals and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
• Maintain strong merchandising and presentation standards.
