About The Position

As a Teammate – Golf at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you help athletes find equipment that suits their needs and supports their performance. You deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and build meaningful connections with athletes. The role also contributes to an inclusive store environment and supports the team across the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
