About The Position

At DICK’S Sporting Goods, the Teammate – Golf helps athletes find appropriate golf equipment and improve their performance. The role delivers personalized service, shares product knowledge, and builds meaningful connections with athletes while supporting their journeys on and off the course. Teammates contribute to welcoming, inclusive store experiences and work collaboratively across the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
