The Teammate – Golf brings a passion for the game to helping athletes find equipment and improve their performance through personalized service, product knowledge, and meaningful connections. The role supports store operations and works collaboratively across the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet Teammates and Athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing requirements, including Federal ATF requirements.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe and is treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
