About The Position

The Team Supervisor leads an assigned shift and helps deliver memorable customer experiences. As the senior leader on site, the supervisor directs shift execution and makes decisions to keep store operations running smoothly. The role coordinates Associates, customers, and orders to support efficient food and beverage service, while overseeing customer interactions, Associate performance, safety, inventory, vendor check-ins, and cash handling. The position offers an opportunity to opt into a four-day work week. The hourly pay range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.
