About The Position

As a Team Supervisor, you lead the shift to ensure operations stay on track and customers have memorable experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site, you run the shift, drive execution, and make decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Associates in this position may opt into a 4-day work week. The hourly range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders to provide efficient food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead and make operational decisions while running the shift as the senior leader on site.
