About The Position

Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee daily FedEx delivery operations. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture. As a FedEx Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You’ll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership. This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. In return, you gain schedule flexibility when operations allow and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

Requirements

• Availability 6 days per week
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, courier services, trucking, or similar logistics environments is strongly preferred.
• Previous FedEx BC experience is a plus.
