About The Position

As a Team Supervisor (TS), you lead the shift, keep operations on track, and help deliver memorable customer experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site, you run the shift and make key decisions to ensure operations run smoothly. The role supports customer interactions and food and beverage service, guides Associates, enforces store and safety policies, and manages inventory and cash procedures. The position offers an opportunity to opt into a four-day work week. The hourly range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Benefits are subject to the terms of the applicable plans.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders to provide efficient food and beverage service.
Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to support productivity and performance.
Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
Lead the shift as the senior leader on site and make decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
