About The Position

The Team Supervisor is a shift leader responsible for keeping store operations on track and helping deliver positive customer experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site, the supervisor runs the shift, drives execution, and makes decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The role coordinates Associates, customers, and orders to provide efficient food and beverage service, and includes responsibilities for team performance, store safety and policies, inventory, vendor check-ins, and cash handling. Evening and overnight hours are part of the role, with a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Associates may opt into a four-day work week. The hourly range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.
