About The Position

The Team Supervisor is a shift leader responsible for keeping store operations on track and helping deliver memorable customer experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site, the supervisor runs the shift, drives execution, and makes decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The role coordinates Associates, customers, and orders to support efficient food and beverage service, while overseeing customer interactions, Associate performance, safety, inventory, vendor check-ins, and cash handling. Associates may opt into a 4-day work week. The hourly pay range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $2.00 shift differential applies to hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Wawa offers benefits subject to plan eligibility.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
