About The Position

Team Members help create the fun atmosphere Launch is known for - whether you're welcoming guests at the front desk, keeping attractions running safely, supporting birthday parties and group events, or working the counter in our Krave Café. At Launch Framingham, our mission is to deliver safe, exciting, and memorable experiences for every guest who visits. Our team members make that happen through teamwork, great service, positive energy, and spreading super smile-watts per hour.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable personality
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Enjoys working with kids, families, and groups
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Open to learning multiple roles around the park

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food service, retail, or event hosting is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout the park
• Help operate attractions safely and keep areas running smoothly
• Support birthday parties and group events
• Serve guests in our Krave Cafe
• Rotate across roles as needed during your shift
