About The Position

At Launch Norwood, every shift is different. One minute you're welcoming guests as they walk in, the next you're helping run a birthday party, and after that you're behind the counter at Krave Cafe. Every role works together to make sure guests have an amazing time. If you like staying busy, working with a fun team, and helping families have a great day, this could be the job for you.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Good at talking to and connecting with people
• Shows up on time, every time
• Comfortable in a fast, busy environment
• Likes being around kids, families, and groups
• Can stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willing to learn new things and take direction from leadership

• Food service, retail, or event experience helps, but we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them have a great time from the moment they arrive
• Help keep attractions running safely and smoothly
• Help out at birthday parties and group events
• Work the counter and serve guests at Krave Cafe
• Learn different jobs around the park and jump in where needed
