Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older on the date of applying
- Post-employment - Must be able to complete and pass Chick-fil-A certification within 60 days of hire
- Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and Chick-fil-A guidelines
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and/or working under high stress situations
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and taking Food & Beverage orders while communicating with other team members within the employee’s scheduled location
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team and customers
- Preparing and serving Food & Beverage items to guests
- Ring in and properly tender orders into a register
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer ensuring adherence to all Chick-fil-A brand standards
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and sweeping/mopping work areas, including food prep areas, other food contact surfaces, patio/condiment areas, and floors/walkways
- Storing and rotating stock and food items within assigned work locations
- Complete mandatory food safety and temperature control logs
- Performing opening and closing procedures related to the assigned Food & Beverage location and as directed by shift supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
