This individual helps execute daily operations, develops future leaders, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and maintains Chick-fil-A's high standards of food quality, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality. The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and understands that great operations begin with great people.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
- Ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated coaching and training experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain required airport credentials and security clearances.

- Previous Chick-fil-A experience.
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Experience in high-volume or airport operations.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Proven record of developing leaders and improving team performance.
