About The Position

A Dunkin Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. The role includes taking and fulfilling customer orders, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, restocking supplies, and supporting efficient operations as part of a team. On-the-job training is provided, and previous experience is not required.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and team-oriented.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–25 lbs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally.
• Cook and assemble food orders following Dunkin’ recipes and standards.
• Prepare beverages, including root beer floats and soft drinks.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned.
• Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Assist with other tasks or roles when necessary.
