Day Shift Team Member
About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality. They welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, and ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe, clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a casual, people-first environment focused on development, diversity, inclusion, and opportunities to grow. The role offers flexible scheduling for full- and part-time roles. Listed availability includes four- or eight-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection and served in a safe, clean environment.
