Mountain Grove - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
Harkins is hiring a seasonal Team Member at Mountain Grove to help provide guests with the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. The role includes guest-facing service, ticketing, auditorium and common-area cleaning, concession sales and preparation, and answering guest questions. Harkins provides training for the job. Seasonal employment is at will and is not guaranteed for any specific period. The season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, but the actual end date may vary based on business needs. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance. Starting pay is $16.90 per hour for Team Members, or up to $17.40 per hour for those with prior Harkins experience.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Effectively communicate and read/write in English.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Have availability during busy times, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
