Mountain Grove - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
As a Team Member at Harkins, you help ensure every guest has the best possible visit by providing the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. The seasonal role includes welcoming and assisting guests, supporting ticketing and concessions, and cleaning auditoriums and common areas. Harkins provides training for the job. Seasonal employment is not guaranteed for a specific period and is at will. The season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, though the actual end date may vary based on business needs. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Effectively communicate in English and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be available to work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer months.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards, and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
