Chino Hills - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
Harkins is hiring a seasonal Team Member at its Chino Hills location to help provide guests with the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. The role includes welcoming and assisting guests, supporting theater operations, and selling or preparing concessions. Training is provided. The seasonal period is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, but the actual end date may vary based on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for a specific period, and employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance. The starting rate is $16.90 per hour for Team Members, except those with prior Harkins experience, who may start at up to $17.40 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Effectively communicate, read, and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be available to work during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards, and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
