About The Position

The Supervisor at Vans supports the store’s leadership team and helps deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role leads by example, coaches and develops associates, and contributes to operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Supervisor helps maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success. The position requires at least 1 year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued. The role involves extended periods of standing and moving around the store, along with physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation. The listed hiring range is $21.40–$28.80 per hour. The role may also be eligible for additional compensation awards, which may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment follows brand directives.
Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss-prevention practices.
Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.
