About The Position

Verde is hiring a Team Member for its West Ashley location. This role helps create a fast, friendly, and fresh experience for every guest at a family-owned restaurant serving salads, wraps, bowls, and other menu items. Team members prepare food to order and for catering, maintain clean and stocked work areas, follow food-safety and restaurant procedures, and support their teammates wherever needed. The restaurant describes its environment as fast-paced, positive, and supportive, with flexible schedules and no late nights.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, friendly, outgoing, team-oriented, willing to learn, and able to stay active and attentive to detail throughout a shift. Restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but Verde is willing to train the right person. Full-time team members receive health benefits, a 401(k), and paid time off. Pay is described as competitive and includes base hourly pay plus tip share.
