About The Position

The Groundskeeper works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to help ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards. The role is responsible for cleanliness and curb appeal across the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, the leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. The Groundskeeper also assists with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. This position participates in a rotating on-call schedule and responds to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested. It offers hands-on exposure to basic maintenance work and an opportunity to develop toward a Maintenance Technician role.

• Willingness to participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
• Willingness to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, the leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in by new residents.
• Complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
• Learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities.
