About The Position

Pegasus Residential is seeking an engaging, friendly, detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to provide extraordinary service and create memorable experiences for residents. The role includes preparing and presenting breakfast offerings, assisting residents throughout breakfast service, and cleaning and restocking the breakfast area before departure. Attendance for the entire duration of breakfast hours is required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service.
• Friendly and motivated, with a strong customer service focus.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to work early morning hours.

Responsibilities

• Before opening, stock the coffee machine and supplies, clean the filter waste bin, and rinse the machine if necessary.
• Stock, straighten, and display breakfast offerings. Keep cold items refrigerated and present pastries, danishes, bagels, and similar items on the countertop outside their original bulk packaging; do not display plastic wrap or plastic bubble containers.
• Assist residents during breakfast hours and refresh, refill, and straighten items as needed.
• At the end of breakfast, put items in the refrigerator and lock the refrigerator and freezer with the padlocks.
• Clean the breakfast area by wiping surfaces, sweeping, and removing trash before departure.
• Restock all items as needed before departure.
• Remain present for the entire duration of breakfast hours.
