About The Position

As a Shake Shack Team Member, you will embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests. You will prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes, operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures, and master all stations and rotate through them as assigned. You will also follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, learn and perform POS functions including redemption of comps and PENN Cash, and abide by all state, gaming, and federal liquor regulations. Additionally, you will provide responsible alcohol service and apply responsible alcohol certification training, support company values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement, maintain a well-groomed, neat and clean appearance, possess resiliency to deal with difficult guests and work harmoniously with coworkers, and resolve service problems according to guidelines. You will also count money and change correctly, and be able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. Other duties as assigned.
