About The Position
As a member of AES Restaurant Group’s Arby’s restaurant team, you help create a positive dining experience for guests. Depending on the position, you may work as a cashier, in the drive-thru, in the front of the house, or in the kitchen. Team members are trained across crew positions, including cashier, drive-thru, and sandwich board. AES aims to offer flexible schedules; applicants can share their preferences for full-time or part-time work, days, nights, and weekends. The company describes itself as goal-oriented and offers opportunities to develop skills.
Requirements
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach.
Responsibilities
- Help create a positive dining experience for restaurant guests.
- Work in crew positions such as cashier, drive-thru, front of the house, or kitchen, including on the sandwich board.
