About The Position
The Team Member helps ensure every guest’s visit to Harkins provides the Ultimate Moviegoing experience. This is a seasonal role. Start dates vary depending on when the employee is hired. The season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027, but the actual end date may be earlier or later based on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for a specific period, and employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance. Harkins provides training for the role. Applicants should be professional, friendly, reliable, able to thrive in a fast-moving environment, and interested in providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Effectively communicate, read, and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or with a team.
- Be available to work during busy times, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and winter months.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
