Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
  • Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
  • Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
  • Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Ensures security of company assets
  • Provided friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepared and served coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to company standards.
  • Operated the cash register and processed cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Took customer orders and ensured order accuracy.
  • Maintained cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
  • Restocked food, beverages, cups, and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Followed food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Assisted with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and organizing inventory.
  • Monitored product quality and freshness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Worked collaboratively with team members to provide prompt and efficient service during peak hours.
