About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring full-time Team Members to serve guests, work collaboratively with fellow Team Members, prepare products according to operational, quality, and safety standards, and maintain clean work areas. Team Members are expected to follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems, comply with Metro’s policies and procedures, and show enthusiasm for the brands and Team Metro. The role pays $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities
- Treat guests as the #1 priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
