About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring full-time Team Members for its Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return by prioritizing their needs, preparing quality products, maintaining clean work areas, and following brand and company standards. The listed pay rate is $17. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
