The Role We are looking for an adaptable, team-oriented Utility / Production Float to join our 1st Shift operations. This role is the backbone of our operational resilience and fits directly into our Agile Staffing model . As a Float, you will participate in mandatory multifunctional cross-training, learning how to operate and support various stations across the production floor . By training teammates across departments, we ensure that a talent gap in one area can be immediately filled by existing, highly-skilled staff . You will be paired with our veteran experts through our training program, ensuring you learn the ropes from the best in the business . Requirements

• Entry-level position; however, some prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable support across various production and machining departments as daily operational needs dictate.
• Actively engage in mandatory multifunctional cross-training to build your skill set across the facility .
• Strictly adhere to our safety standards, engaging in proactive hazard reporting to maintain a zero-incident environment .
• Assist in maintaining high-precision standards and reducing waste across all assigned workstations .
• Go above and beyond to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive culture .
