Requirements
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and safety requirements
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds
Responsibilities
- Be the ultimate brand advocate, rocking stellar customer service with an authentic vibe.
- Elevate sales by getting creative with sampling, product recommendations, and subtle upselling moves.
- Whip up top-notch milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates, all while maintaining the coolest store vibes.
- Fulfill chocolate cravings with flair.
- Tackle customer concerns like a pro, keeping a chill demeanor.
- Maintain the stockroom, coolers, and freezers.
- Dive into promotional prep, making the store pop with seasonal magic.
- Report any food quality vibes to the boss.
- Embrace the unpredictable and dive into any other cool duties that come your way!
