About The Position

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for its field positions. Team Members create a welcoming atmosphere, prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, help keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly, and contribute positive energy and teamwork. Shift Leaders lead and motivate the team, set the tone for customer experiences, support Team Member training and development, and help manage daily operations while following the Potbelly Way.
