About The Position

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for its Plano location. Team Members help create a welcoming atmosphere, prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, maintain a clean and safe shop, and contribute positive energy and teamwork. Shift Leaders lead and motivate the team during shifts, set the tone for customer experiences, support Team Member training and development, and help manage daily operations while following the Potbelly Way.
