About The Position

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for its field positions. Team Members help create a welcoming customer atmosphere, prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, maintain a clean and safe shop, and bring positive energy and teamwork to each shift. Shift Leaders lead and motivate the team, support excellent customer experiences, help train and develop Team Members, and assist with daily operations while representing the Potbelly Way.
