About The Position

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for its Memorial City location. Team Members create a welcoming atmosphere, prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, maintain a clean and safe shop, and contribute positive energy and teamwork. Shift Leaders lead and motivate teams, support Team Member training and development, help manage daily operations, and promote excellent customer experiences while following the Potbelly Way. The workplace is described as energetic, inclusive, supportive, and fun, with opportunities for career growth. A hiring event is scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Potbelly at Memorial City, 947 Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77024. Walk-ins are welcome.
