About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Erin is hiring full-time nurses for its 164-bed facility in Erin, Tennessee. The facility offers rehabilitation-to-home services for short-term patients and supports the functional level of long-term care residents. Nurses deliver quality, compassionate care to patients and residents while working within applicable standards and facility policies. Available shifts are days and nights. Full-time day nurses are eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus, and full-time night nurses are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
Hold current, active CPR certification.
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high-quality, compassionate care.
Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
Work in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as requirements from the Director of Nursing.
Ensure assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
