About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of Primacy is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs). Nurses deliver quality, compassionate care to patients and residents, supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants, and ensure nursing staff follow facility policies and applicable standards and regulations. The role requires an active nursing license and current CPR certification, along with strong organizational, assessment, technical, and documentation skills. Available shifts include days, evenings, and nights. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects while sustaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high-quality, compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as requirements set by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility's written policies and procedures.
