About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Team Member Services Specialist to support team members and leaders across the organization. This varied HR role covers benefits, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, employee records, and related HR processes. The specialist serves as a trusted HR resource, helps solve problems, and contributes to improving the team-member experience and the efficiency of HR processes.

Requirements

At least 2 years of HR experience.
Hands-on experience with benefits, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and employee relations.
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment policies.
Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Confidence handling sensitive conversations and confidential information.
Positive, approachable personality and genuine passion for helping people.
Ability to juggle priorities in a busy HR environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR resource for team members and leaders.
Assist with employee benefits, enrollment, and COBRA administration.
Manage FMLA, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations.
Support employee relations, including workplace concerns, performance issues, and coaching.
Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.
Support Workers' Compensation, unemployment, and exit interviews.
Identify ways to make HR processes better, easier, and more efficient.
Collaborate with the HR team and help improve the team-member experience.
