About The Position
The Retail Team Member helps create an excellent experience for customers and donors by greeting and assisting customers, operating the register when needed, and keeping the sales floor clean and attractive. Team members also share information about the organization’s mission and charity partners. Retail teams collaborate on displays, help customers find items, and explain the organization’s charitable contributions. The role supports the company’s mission of benefiting the environment and communities, providing value to customers, reducing waste, supporting local charities, and creating jobs.
Requirements
- Customer care and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a diverse group of co-workers.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Applicants may join the team starting at age 16.
