About The Position
Retail Team Members work collaboratively to provide an excellent experience for donors and customers. They greet and interact with customers, assist with questions and concerns, operate the register when needed, and help keep the sales floor clean and attractive. Team Members also share information about the organization’s charity partners and mission. The role involves teamwork on tasks such as building displays and helping customers find items, and requires lifting up to 15 lbs. Applicants may join the team starting at age 16.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Team-oriented approach and readiness to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
- Customer care, a positive attitude, and an approachable personality.
