About The Position
The Retail Team Member helps provide an excellent experience for donors and customers by greeting and assisting customers, operating the register when needed, and keeping the sales floor clean and attractive. Team members also explain the organization’s mission and charity partners. The role involves collaborating with a diverse retail team and supporting customer and community service.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and care for customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a diverse group of coworkers.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Applicants may join the team starting at age 16.
