About The Position

Work World is hiring a part-time Retail Team Member for its Shoeteria store in Garden Grove, California. The role supports customers with product and service information, sales transactions, and other requests while helping maintain merchandise and contribute to daily sales objectives. The position is part of a collaborative, close-knit store team, with opportunities to develop retail, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly, professional service.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
