Retail Team Member
About The Position
This entry-level role provides flexible customer-facing and operational support in a fast-paced store environment. It is an on-site position in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable. A typical shift may include engaging customers and answering routine questions, maintaining merchandise and displays, supporting checkout, fulfillment, or stock functions as assigned, and working with teammates to keep the store organized. A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
